Santa Clara Meditation Remove Anxiety – How do I get rid of negative thoughts which usually drag me off from studying?
If you want to focus fully on your studies and work, meditate. Meditation is a great tool to let go of your distractions. The reason you can’t concentrate when studying or doing work is because of thoughts that are out of your control and you can’t stop yourself.
Scientists say people have about 60,000 thoughts a day. And out of those 60,000 thoughts, about 85% are negative thoughts. And about 90% of those negative thoughts are thoughts I had yesterday. In other words, most of our daily thoughts are useless thoughts, that is, idle thoughts. How can I stop these constant thoughts?
I have let go of these distractions through meditation. That meditation is scientific and systematic. There is an exact way. Humans take pictures of everything they see, hear, smell, taste and feel throughout their lives and store them in their brains. Since people have never thrown them away, they have no choice but to think about countless things in a day.
Before I meditated, I was not in good health, and I was constantly suffering from headaches due to constant thoughts. And I couldn’t get the grades I tried, and the results of my work were not good. I started meditating when I couldn’t learn anything or perform a task because I had too many thoughts. I let go of the thoughts that filled my head with the precise meditation method. Amazingly, a train of thoughts that I cannot stop no matter how much I want to throw it away can be thrown away by meditation. I just discarded the countless thoughts that came to my mind even when I closed my eyes through the meditation method.
The biggest change is that I don’t think useless thoughts. Instead, I started to focus on my work. And I realized my abilities and talents and had the concentration to develop them. Being able to write in English on Quora like this is a miracle for me. I write one or two articles a week. Being able to look back on me and write an honest story about myself is proof that I have gained tremendous concentration.
And if in the past I couldn’t put into practice anything because I thought too much, now I can put what I thought into action. As a teacher of middle school students, I am actively involved in creating class materials and attending meetings to share ideas with fellow teachers. I found a job I could devout and worked hard, so the results were good and I was recognized by the people around me. As a result, I do my best to work.
When I let go of my thoughts, I become more focused, and the results of my work improve, which in the end made my life happier.
