Santa Clara Meditation Empty Mind – What habit did you start years ago that is now paying off?
Meditation, which I started in 2017, has become an opportunity of a lifetime for me. The meditation I’m doing reduces the daily stress to a minimum and gives me the mental strength to overcome life’s adversity.
The reason we meditate is to reflect on ourselves and to clear our minds. So, what does it mean to look back on me? It’s about looking at my mind.
This meditation freed me from bad memories of the past and helped me accept and love myself. In doing so, I gradually developed a sense of respect for everyone in the world as they are.
Through meditation, I changed my behavior by throwing away useless thoughts such as stress, negative thoughts, and feelings of inferiority that have arisen in life. As I became aware of myself as having changed my mind and behavior, my habits gradually changed. For example, I became diligent. And when I make a plan, I put it into action.
Health naturally follows as a result of the changes mentioned above. You will know. The cause of all diseases lies in the mind.
In my case, the biggest concern was my career path. Since adolescence, I have been thinking about how I will live. Worrying about the future was always ingrained in my mind, even while I was working.
But now that worry is gone. Fear of the future, worry about failure, self-centered mind that pursues only my happiness. After these minds have been thrown away by meditation, I am now free. By meditation, I awakened the sleeping giant within me and awakened the hidden genius. Now it’s your turn. I hope that you too will awaken the infinite possibilities hidden within you.
