Santa Clara Meditation Peace of Mind – How can we get rid of stress in our life?

I used to have a lot of stress from my job, financial situation, human relationships, and marriage life so I had insomnia as well. But after I started meditation, and learned how to discard human mind, I was able to throw away my mind about the stress. I was amazed how it helped me to reduce my stress from my first session of meditation. I felt so light and slept very well that night. Now, I do not have any stress, and I work more happily at my job. And all my relationships including marriage life improved as well. I love this meditation, and highly recommend to everyone.
