Santa Clara Meditation Positive Life Changes – Now I Laugh Easily And No Longer Think Useless Thoughts

My senior year of high school, in November, I wanted to change my negative mind. So I read a lot of books, but only during that period of time and I did not change. I always hated myself who made others uncomfortable. Somehow I came to find this meditation from online and looked into it. Its principle was truly amazing. I read: “It seems like we are living in the real world, but in fact, we live in the world of our own mind.” I debated for one month whether I should go or not. But those words really touched my heart so I ended up starting at the nearest local meditation center. There have been so many changes in the course of three levels. Before meditation, I always wore a hard expression on my face and thought useless thoughts. Now I naturally laugh a lot and many of those useless thoughts have disappeared. I was so self-centered and was unable to see from others’ perspectives. But now I can think from the perspective of others. In the past, I was busy avoiding people who made me uncomfortable, but now I am the one who greets others with pleasure.
