Before meditation, I was always suffering from self-reliance. Since the day I was born, I basically lived without laughter and lived with mostly negative thoughts. Looking back on my past through meditation, I discovered the selfish ‘me’ and I kept throwing away those false pictures. As I meditated, I came to understand the fundamental mindset and behaviors of those around me, and so there was no need for me to get angry. Moreover, as I discarded the negative thoughts, I was able to naturally laugh again.
